Wow! What a year! The 2007/2008 IABC/BC year is drawing to a close, and therefore my tenure as president is just about up... I'm relieved and a little sad - it has been a whirlwind, to say the least. I was the first absentee president, moving up to Kelowna last spring.

Reigning from afar was tough, as part of the joy of IABC is from the interaction with colleagues and friends - I had to choose attendance at board meetings over attendance at events, and often felt that I was missing out on all the good grapevine gossip!!!
