This month's ethical question is a little different; rather than a workplace situation, we are seeking your thoughts on local chapter judging.

Our question to you is do you believe that IABC members should judge awards submitted by members of their own local chapter?

This recognizes that judging criteria precludes judging in a category one has entered, judging an entry from one's own organization, or judging the entry of a close friend or business associate.
