IABC/BC and Ron Shewchuk Seminars are bringing North America’s best speakers on employee communications to Vancouver this spring for RonCon 2010, a one-day conference with killer pre- and post-conference sessions. The theme: It’s Time to Join the Communication Revolution: New Ways to Engage Employees in Changing Times. Speakers will include Steve and Cindy Creszenzo, who will be delivering a conference session and a full-day post-conference workshop on social media.

Managing Crisis Communications in an Online World

Join Della Smith for an interactive workshop on managing high-risk communications in an online world. Combining her practical real-life experience of working on high risk situations with proven science based tools and techniques, Della will introduce us to the role of social media in reputation management and crisis communications.
